日本のレベルの高いソフトウェア技術者/デザインをもっと"技術者自身"が世界へ向けて発信して行くことを目標にしたスタートアップコミュニティです。 / This is a startup community with the goal of sending more high-level Japanese software engineers / designs to global.

イベント参加者の対象は、「グローバルを舞台に活躍したい・しているエンジニア・デザイナー・ディレクター」の方々です。 / Participants are engineers, designers and directors who want to be active on the global stage

企画・運営などは実際に海外で登記してグローバルを拠点にプロダクトを開発しているスタートアップのメンバーが行なっています。 / The events are managed by startup members who actually have their own overseas companies overseas and develop products globally.

Topic 「エンジニアのマネージメント戦略」/ ”Engineer Management Strategy”

昨今のエンジニア不足の状況から各企業がいかにエンジニアをうまくマネージメントすることが事業として重要になってきています。/ Due to the recent high demands of engineers, it has become important as a business for each company to manage engineers well.

例えば、採用・教育・評価など多くの観点を考慮していく必要があるため、特に非エンジニア経営者の方にとっては多くの困難があります。/ There are many difficulties, especially for non-engineer managers, because it is necessary to consider many aspects such as recruitment, education, and evaluation.

今回のグローバルスタートアップのイベントでは、エンジニアに対する理解が深く現在もプレイヤー兼CTO的なポジションとして活躍されている方をお招きして、英語による交流も含めたディスカッションを予定しています。 / In this global startup event, we will invite an engineer who has a deep understanding of the engineer and who is still active as a player and CTO position, and will have discussions including exchange in English.

過去何度かサンフランシスコと東京で同時に英語でテクノロジーに関するワークショップを開催したりしていた、グローバルスタートアップクリエイターズの久しぶりのイベント開催です! 今回はビールを交えて参加者同士の英語による交流をメインとした、割とラフなトークイベントになる予定です。 / It's been a long time since Global Startup Creators had been holding workshops on technology in English in San Francisco and Tokyo at the same time in the past! This time it will be a rather rough talk event.
